Look what I found . . .our wedding thank-you cards. I thought I would pass along this super easy and personalized way to send a "thank-you"card. How easy?

Step #1: go to Zazzle and [click] create a postcard



Step #2: upload your photo and type in your special message



(2) easy steps that's all it took and now you have a great personalized "thank-you" card!

adding a little flare . . .

here's a quick and easy tip to add a little flare to your bridesmaid updo . . .using feathers. it's a great way to add style and texture to a simple updo.


all you have to do is go to your local craft store. you can find feathers packaged in a bag or go into the floral department and you can find feathers that are already wrapped together.

better yet, if you're feeling extra crafty, make a headpiece from silk flowers and sewing some feather piece to it. below is a sample of what I made for my flower girl.

in life we often come across obstacles that allow us to look in another direction. as i embark on a new journey in floral design, i hope to share and captivate the vision of what petalos is about. for now here are a few samples of the work i did for my own wedding. don't worry more samples to come.
